You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGS Web Studio from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; you and GGS Web Studio waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing carlos@growthgroupsolutions.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
