Movers in San Tan Valley, Arizona

San Tan Valley is just south of our base in Apache Junction, so for our crews it is a short drive, not a trip across the Valley. Most of it is newer master-planned subdivisions, and that shapes moving day more than people expect: look-alike streets, HOA rules, and a longer haul if you are coming out from Mesa, Chandler or Phoenix.

Close to home for us

Garcia Movers has been based in Apache Junction since 2004, a short drive north of San Tan Valley, and we work across Apache Junction, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley all the time. A move inside San Tan Valley, or between here and anywhere else in the East Valley, is a local move for us.

It also means the truck is not coming from the far side of Phoenix to reach you. Tell us the date and the timing you need, and we will tell you plainly what we can do.

Subdivisions, HOAs and look-alike streets

Much of San Tan Valley is master-planned subdivisions, and the streets inside them can look a lot alike. The newest ones do not always show up correctly in map apps yet. When you ask for a quote, give us the community name and the nearest cross streets, and if your street is brand new, send a dropped pin.

If your HOA has rules about moving trucks, such as parking limits, approved hours or a certificate of insurance, pass them along. Garcia Movers is licensed and insured, and we would rather sort the paperwork out the week before than at the curb.

Moving out from Mesa, Chandler or Phoenix

Coming out to San Tan Valley from further into the Valley is still a local move, just with a longer drive between the two houses. The drive is the one part of the day nobody controls, so we plan around it: the load goes on in the order it needs to come off, and we tell you honestly when we quote whether the whole job fits in one day.

If the new house is not ready on the day the old one has to be empty, say so early. It is far easier to plan for than to fix on the morning of the move.

Your truck, our crew

Not everyone wants a full-service move. If you have rented a U-Haul or another truck, or ordered a portable container, we can send a crew just to load it, or just to unload it at the other end, and you do the driving.

Send us the truck or container size and a rough idea of what is going in, and the quote will cover the labor only.

What it costs

Every move is priced on its own details: how much is moving, how far, stairs, how close the truck can get to the door, and whether you want packing. A flat published rate would be wrong for most jobs, so we do not post one.

Send us both addresses and the size of the move, and we will call back with an upfront price. Free, with no obligation.

San Tan Valley questions

Moving in San Tan Valley, answered.

Straight answers on quotes, coverage, packing, and timing. Still have a question? Call 480-206-2757 and we will help.

Do you come out to San Tan Valley regularly?

Yes. It sits between our base in Apache Junction and Queen Creek, and it is part of our everyday service area, not a special trip.

Can you load a U-Haul we rented ourselves?

Yes. We load U-Haul and other rental trucks as well as portable containers. You handle the drive, and we handle the lifting, the padding, and packing the load so nothing shifts on the way.

We need to move this week. Is that possible?

It often is. We take same-week moves, and on a quiet day even same-day ones. Call 480-206-2757 instead of using the form, so you get a straight answer right away.

Is a move from Phoenix to San Tan Valley a long-distance move?

No. It is a long drive, but it stays inside the Valley, so we quote it as a local move. Distance is part of the price, which is why we ask for both addresses up front.

Our street is so new the GPS cannot find it. What should we send?

The community name, the closest cross streets and a dropped pin from your phone. That gets the truck to the right door the first time.
