FAQ

Who is this event for?

Anyone connected to a league at the Phoenix Sports Complex - players, captains, coaches, organizers, referees, and team sponsors. If you play, run, or support a league here, you belong in the room.

Do I need to play at the complex to attend?

No. Guests are welcome. The event is designed around PSC leagues, but anyone who wants to connect with Phoenix's amateur sports community is encouraged to register.

What's the difference between ticket tiers?

Early Bird ($10, through May 8) gets you the best price plus a bonus raffle entry. Standard ($15, May 9–28) is regular admission. Late Registration ($25, May 29–30) is subject to availability - no guaranteed entry and no booth/vendor options. We strongly recommend getting your ticket early.

Is food and drink included?

Food and beverages will be available at a discount throughout the night. Your ticket covers entry and access to all activities, prizes, and networking.

How do vendor / sponsor booths work?

There are 12 booth slots at a flat rate of $200 each. Each booth includes a 6-ft table, 2 chairs, logo on event signage, a mention during welcome remarks, the post-event opted-in lead list, and 2 team passes.

Is there an ADA-accessible entrance?

Yes. The indoor space at Phoenix Sports Complex is ground-level and ADA accessible. If you have any specific accommodations, note it in your registration and we'll follow up.

Refunds or transfers on booths?

Booth fees are refundable through May 23. After that, they're non-refundable but transferable - send us your substitute business contact and we'll update the signage.
